So who is still working out? Who is needing motivation to work out? Who dropped off the bandwagon?
I am working out 3 to 4 times a week a min of 45 minutes a time. Hurt my knee so i dont run no more but i will soon as its healing good and i feel near ready. I want to do more but life isn't allowing me to get a lot of work out time lately greater then 45 min a time. I know that isnt an excuse i will do better. Who needs sleep right?
Do you go to a gym? Do it at home? Lift haybales in the field? How are you getting stronger??
Anyone need motivation or an easier workout routine to begin your journey?

We need a men of the FCW calendar by Christmas to raise funds for the FCW as this site dont pay for itself
