The company on question got back to our email, and had some words for us.
They said it was very well written letter, that they could not agree more. They had passed it along to the company who’s lines lease we were working on, and they also agreed.
They granted us an exemption, and we did the job, ahead of schedule and under budget on October 15th.
We are now in the process of creating an official policy that will be uploaded to the oilfield safety sites, such as Isnet, ComplyWorks or GoldShovel, so companies know where we stand before they contact us.
To anyone out there, take a stand.
I’m not against the vaccine. I haven’t taken it, and I don’t plan on it. That said it’s everyone’s personal choice, and they are welcome to make their own choice in peace.
WE WILL NOT STAND FOR THE COERCION OF OUR EMPLOYEES. PERIOD.
