If was running foreign policy I would specifically concentrate on destroying India and turning it into a shithole, because it is such a huge exporter of chaff worldwide and at the same time exclusively stealing western industries through imitative copying.

That wouldn't be hard to do, either. We can arm the khalistanis and send them back, we can ensure the most hideous forms of hinduism take over the country ensuring it lives in Shiva's stone age forever. We can strangle the tech supports with sanctions and do a total ban on low value added products like foreign stooodents.
