Between 2012 and the February 2022 invasion of Ukraine, Russia systematically liquidated virtually all of its US Treasury holdings while more than doubling its physical gold reserves. This shift formed the central pillar of the Kremlin's "Fortress Russia" economic strategy, designed to insulate sovereign finances from Western financial sanctions.

China is preparing for war. The Americans have seen it, which is probably why Trump has taken such a more prominent anti-Chinese position recently. China is likely going to attack Taiwan soon would be my guess (also, why the Americans are working to improve domestic manufacturing for high-tech). Even if China doesn't go to war, they're posturing for one. Decoupling from the USA was the very first strategy Russia took as soon as they decided to go to war with the USA which was determined in 2014 after the American influenced Euromaidan Revolution in Ukraine.

This is also probably why USA isn't fucking around with National Security (Canada) and why Canada and our government is out to lunch with regard to how serious things are right now.

The day the chinamen move on Taiwan you can expect many other moves to be made. That will also be the day Canada becomes American clay with likely zero shots fired.

What happens the next day and the day after is anybody's guess but when they move on Taiwan it will be one of those times where decades happen in a couple of weeks.
