Being an associate member of the EU is not as beneficial as many think.

Freedom of labor movement is a good thing for workers in theory. The issue is that most of the countries in the EU will discriminate against hiring you because you don't speak their native tongue, which isn't English anywhere except the UK and the UK is a shitshow, worse than Canada.

There's 0 benefit to EU membership but significant benefit to becoming a part of the USA.

Any Canadians touting EU membership but not closer ties to the Americans are complete and utter morons, which we all knew. The elbows up boomers are so stupid.

I'd love for nothing more than a bunch of Canadian women to go to UK and try to work and then see where that goes. It would be comedy gold.

A side benefit might be that a lot of Indians go to the UK to work and Canada actually becomes less Indian.
