A lot of people these days say Canada is completely unaffordable, has no upwards social mobility, and is priced to kill off the native population so migrant slaves can replace them. Well that's wrong, for just 60 grand you can buy a burnt out crackhouse in downtown Sidney, Nova Scotia

I'm sure it was just a minor fire and the very limited water damage is no big deal. Probably some very safe injection needles from the friendly homeless in there to clean out. Hell, the sellers just want to sell and get out as fast as they can so nothing could go wrong. Currently the among most affordable listing on mls in Canada that are not churches in fact


Opportunities exist in this country if you want to live in isolated places, they just all look like this at this starting price

KobaNot even the worst idea if you have some spare time and money.

I'm thinking a Freecanada bar is the way to go. Someone should go find Howard.
