Gather like-minded people. Create a parallel society within Canada. Somehow find a way to fund yourselves. Don't become a cult. Acquire land. Somehow become powerful enough to be legitimate in the eyes of the current government and general population.

But don't do crime or terrorism!

Working to gain your own personal wealth and a family is probably the best thing you can do in the immediate future, I think.

That's a necessary start, but unless you build a kin- or community-based social network it's likely to be futile in the long run. The government can import foreigners far more quickly than you can birth and raise actual Canadians
