Most Indian South Africans are descendants of Brahmin-caste professionals who went there to work for the British authorities or to start businesses. They're usually much more intelligent than your typical jeet, and have both the IQ and the motivation to Westernize as much as possible.

I learned this from an immigrant but basically all immigrants pick a doctor who is from their country. When they see the doctor, they pay cash to get the doctor to do whatever they need. Need short-term disability for any reason? Give the doctor cash and he/she will write you a note.
Our entire healthcare system is broken now thanks to immigrants from low trust and corrupt societies. Their morals do not align with our own. White people are playing a game no one else is and are losing because White people aren't allowed to compete in the same way foreigners compete.
Public healthcare must be abolished 100% and taxes lowered by 90%. All regulation surrounding healthcare should be abolished.
