Looks like Montreal has an active shooter at a high rise hotel near downtown. Shelter in place order. I don't know Montreal well, I see mostly twitter links, starting being reported around 12:30 noon local time. Possibly 3 dead. Gunman reported dead. Story developing.

So you know the drill. But more guns and ammo today as even though the government is not in session you can bet Carney will do the Trudeau thing and try to illegally ban more guns, possibly the SKS. So BUY A SECOND SKS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE!

  • Montreal police say three people are dead after a shooting in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood: a police officer, a civilian and a suspect.
  • An emergency alert had been issued saying a person in the area is armed and dangerous.
  • Montreal police are still urging residents in Côte-des-Neiges to stay indoors, lock their doors and avoid the area around De Courtrai and Trans Island avenues.

Welp, now there will be even less opposition to the gun grab. Seems like that retard also wrote a manifesto and sent it out to news outlets. I wonder if it will be published.

Another image of alleged shooter. Guy looks young, looks like he has the old Canadian webbing and a machete, camouflage top and brown pants.

Story so far is:

A guy is shooting from a window in the building, police are called.

Video shows 2 police officers on ground, one male cop shot moves from behind the white planter, is shown on ground bleeding next to vehicle, probably dead.

Female cop takes cover behind white planter, civilian in black shirt comes around corner from planter, female cop appears to shoot civilian in black shirt, civilian falls backwards to his left, seemingly shot in the head or upper body.

Alleged gunman in camouflage comes around corner with rifle and shoots female officer, female officer appears to return fire, but gunman continues following female cop on ground and shoots her.

Gunman reloads behind white planter where female cop was hiding previous and then lies down near where civilian in black shirt was shot. Gunman may have been shot at this point or playing dead.

  • Reports are saying gunman was from Alberta, unknown if he traveled from Alberta or was living in Quebec already.
  • Reports are saying this part of Montreal is a jewish neighborhood, multiple visibly jewish reporters at police press conference.
  • Gunman appears to have an SKS rifle, the same rifle the Quebec based polysuvent group wants banned. This happens as a liberal government gun ban is being seen as unpopular and facing court challenges. Government is also facing an Alberta sepratism issue, creating tension between the federal government, Quebec and Albertan patriots.
 
Seeing that video of the female cop shooting the civilian with the black shirt ... I don't know man ... he stands up during shots being fired and then kinda sneeks around the planter towards the female cop ... I bet 99% of all cops would have done the same thing.
