The Absolute State of National Security

Translation: the State wants to a hire a motley of ideologically motivated minorities, degenerates, and social outsiders, to spy on and ruin the lives of non self-hating whites (‘racists’) while overlooking serious and systemic corruption, crime, and foreign influence in the country?
 
Went through a round of interviews with them years ago, they often hire people with library degrees. They're as bad as you can imagine. There isn't a single state institution in this country that isn't ideologically captured.
 
the expectation is you work ten years in a desk doing rubber stamping. It's a bad pipeline and a shitty agency and I am sure the competency crisis will ruin them when diversity catches up and we'll be a prime target for actual terrorism. The states considers them so penetrated by the Chinese that they treat them like west germany during the cold war. Seizure is considered one of the worst agencies in the western hemisphere.
