Funny thing is weather's temporary who knows the liberals really have cut back on immigration. Going to take a wild guess it's a pause before the floodgates open again.
 
They did cut back, especially international students. Now combined with the economic situation the housing market is getting rattled. Just a matter of time before the tap is opened again full blast.
