Smoking ban?

No way. Given how many tax dollars smokes bring in and how huge the debt is, not a chance.

I'm also sure some lawyer could successfully argue that restricting this to people born after 2008 is discrimination. (If it's not discriminatory, then I'd suggest introducing a bill to restrict voting to people under the age of 60 lol.)

I don't smoke but I fucking hate government and the nanny state.

Billions in annual tax revenue, gone in a flash. Makes that little sovereign wealth fund a steeper climb, and you already needed pitons for it.

Can we ban the government’s ability to set these overbearing laws? They seem addicted to it. Best to stop cold turkey.

Government limits and abilities to enact overbearing laws are normally restricted by a constitution, of which Canada's is a pathetic, utter joke. Say what you want, but the US constitution is one of the best ever created.

Liberals are back in full force. Side note; why does any young person continue to live in the UK? Pretty soon they’re going to ban alcohol to anyone under X age…young gen just living a miserable existence there.
