So, the missing piece a lot of people don't understand is the government's role in all this. Government creates regulations that make it impossible for small businesses to compete with large businesses. They pretend these regulations are in the interests of the consumer/public but they're literally designed to be so administratively heavy and cumbersome that only super big companies with economies of scale can compete because of them. Furthermore, the regulations equalize the produce/service across all businesses which reduces innovation and doesn't allow for companies to experiment with better ways to do things because anything different from the government approved way is not allowed or too expensive.
This "bloat" caused by government regulations and oversight leads to corporations promoting pet projects the executives believe matter. These executives are targeted by jewish NGOs and WEF-type (UN) organizations that cater to the ego of these executives to promote what these larger organizations tell the executives to promote which tends to be DEI-style initiatives. The government often provides subsidies or regulations to business to promote this also and then all the executives and politicians rub shoulders at events/galas/parties and pat themselves on the back about how amazing they are promoting this literal bureaucratic bloat that truly harms everyone in society for existing.
It's total bullshit. The only solution is less government. The government is ultimately the problem.
