Whats the difference from a normal hamburger? The crushing on the grill? Looks delicious though. I'll start bbqing more now that spring is finally here.

It's a unique gastro experience! By 'smashing' the burgers you're releasing the latent bovine loosh energy that would usually be vacuumed by the Archons. This seemingly douchey hipster twist on a simple burger is actually the key to unlocking your Svadhisthana chakra saar for potent virility saar.

To be serious, smash burgers create a nice caramalized crust while still remaining juicy as they are cooked for a very short period of time (2-3min total). They are quite thin, but the good news is you can stack a few of them if you want a thick patty.

The burgers get a crust if you can get the griddle hot enough I've yet to really get that down cuz it needs to be like 500 degrees. Honestly it's just an easy way to make a burger because once you smash it they literally cook in 30 seconds.

So basically you can make two burgers if you have a good size griddle like 60 seconds.

Each Burger is always made of two patties.

You can do it in the house and steal cast iron but I do not recommend it because my God is there a lot of oil splashing. If you get the 20/80 meat it has a lot of fat in it so the grease splashing everywhere is insane.

Looks good but I'm not a fan of Provolone cheese because it smells like a foot.

That was the first time I actually tried provolone just out of curiosity I bought it from Costco so I got to use it. I bought a pack of it for cheese sticks I made last week.
