Common law actually allows judges to make anything up based on feelings. We ruled X for the common good. It's allowed. Law is a complete joke, really. It was always designed as a layer of control for the government (monarchy) while pretending the common man had the power, similar to how democracy operates in practice.

@brutana_dilewski well yes I know they're going to fight it but I'd also don't mind because people need to know what they're fighting against. People need to become a lot more militant in my opinion. No I'm not talking violence or anything like that I'm talking about they just need to wake up and realize who their enemies are.

As for me personally doesn't really affect me cuz as of right now I'm leaving this country in a couple months anyway.

The people here are domesticated. To be free they would have to be willing to sacrifice their comforts, their pleasures and possibly even themselves for their children and other Canadians.

I don't know what makes Alberta different, because where I live, most parents I know coddle their kids and rob them of the skills they will need to be independent adults.
