@d01tg0d0wn its ok all I got time to do as I'm about to leave work. fixed it now. yes I do this at work and get paid for it. IT is great when it's slow but suck sometimes. I worked till 12AM last night and my shift starts at 8:30. So got home near one AM got back up at 6:30Am and back in again at 8:30 and got to work 2 hours this weekend for some on site checks. getting to old for this shit.

U IT guys always seem to have days u do what u want. Me i am so go go go that i have little free time i just multitask so well i can insert time for little things like the FCW or go watch my kids play sports. Its end of the year season so i am very busy. Got to finish a bunch of stuff for the organization to get past our audit. Been doing this so long i dont even sweat when the auditors come in and grill me. They sure can grill a person and make u nervous if you dont know your stuff.

I am supposed to delegate my duties to lower my OT but to who? No one knows a damn thing no more hell our payroll / accounts/ invoice person just got her truck repossessed and took a second mortgage out. She clears 100 000 a year and i learned she got an increase could be 120000. U think a person like that might attempt some fookery one day at her failure to thrive moment and dip into the company cause her liberal reasons?

This summer i turn 45. Its not a bad thing but i like u feel exhausted and would rather do other. I just wanna kick it up a bit more before i am to old and laugh / have some fun. Gone are the days working and work teams were fun and had good times. Liberals ruined everything.

Anyway i am vent ramblin and u dont need no one doing that to u.

Honestly, we're oversimplifying the problem. It's not simply a matter of are workers paid enough and if not then they ought to be paid more. There's tons of factors at play. Taxes are too high. Tariffs aren't high enough. There's too many immigrants. There's too many government regulations. There's not enough competition. Too many poor people are having kids. Too many people aren't putting in the effort they ought to because of entitlement. Too many people believe in the false God of equality.
