Is Canada exactly the same as Ecuador?

I came across a passage recently that seemed so strikingly to resemble our current farce. The specifics are mad-libbed, but one can clearly see the same outlines.

The premise is the threat of [populism] had begun to rise regionally and threaten to system, and the system began to respond:
"Almost all political organizations of significance, from the far left to the far right, were infiltrated, often to the highest levels. Amongst other reasons, the government was infiltrated to channel young radicals away from support for [radical populism] and from [anti-canadianism]; the [leftists], to instigate and coo-ordinate activities along the lines of [csis] priorities (this is antihate). If, at a point in time, there was no organization that appeared well-suited to serve a particular need, then one wold be created.
Or a new group of "concerned citizens" would appear, fronted with noted personalities, which might place a series of notices in leading [podcasts] denouncing the penetration of the government by the extreme [right wing] and demanding a break with [the far right]. Or one of the noted personalities would deliver a speech prepared by [csis], and then the [podcast host], or a well-known [influencer], would praise it, both gentlemen being on the [csis] payroll.
Some of the fronts had an actual existence; For others, even their existence was phoney. On one occasion, the [csis] officer who had created the non-existenct "[canadian anti-immigration front]" was surprised to read in his morning paper that a real organization of that name had been founded. He changed the name of his organization to the "[Nationalist anti-immigrant action]".
Wooing the [alienated population] [with palantir] came in for special emphasis. An alphabet-soup of organizations, sometimes hardly more than names on a stationary, were created, altered, combined, liquidated, and new ones created again, in an almost frenzied attempt to find the right combination to compete with existing [populism] -oriented [organizations] and take national leadership away from them. Leaders were invited to attend various classes conducted by the [RCMP], all expenses paid, in order to impart them with the dangers of [populism] to the organization and to select potential agents...
...In virtually every department of the [Canadian] government, could be found men occupying positions, high and low, who collaborated with [csis] for money and or their own particular motivation. At one point the agency could count amongst this number the men who were second and third in power in the country...
...[CSIS] agents would bomb [left-wing] organizations and make it appear to be the work of [populists]. They would march in [right-wing] parades displaying signs and shouting of a very provocative nature, designed to antagonize the country and precipitate a [far-left] coup...
(And in the end, the elections were all rigged and the meddlers got their goal, unseating the [radical right])
All that's old is new again, it's all been done before and they'll do it all again. The Canadian public's views are nothing but a nuisance to the globalist elite who want to use them to their own benefit, and repress them when it hinders them. Democracy these days is a farcial lie. This is the text of actual operations, how it was actually done against domestic enemies of the system, and how the political circuis is almost certainly run today. Is this truly the state of pathetic Canada? I don't know. The shoe fits.
