This is why home-schooling and then meeting up with other kids in the community who also home-school is far better than school also. Boys who engage in play around the yard like cowboys and indians learn more than boys who are taught by their dad to become chess grandmasters and also boys who sit in school all day listening to their teacher.

While I completely agree with what the person in the OP video said, I still believe we can do better than schools today. Schools made sense when the access to information was limited to libraries and schools but today parents have access to the same information schools do and I truly believe if we switched to a full home-school model of education, our children would start outperforming our generation significantly more than we did our previous generation.
