In a universal suffrage democracy the bottom 50% of people always have less wealth than the top 50%. Universal suffrage democracy thus incentivizes socialism. Universal suffrage democracy is the root cause of the evil. Society must be run by an aristocracy made up of your best people not a universal suffrage democracy.

Not always. Our societies had less problems until we let the jews at the top. I think a lot of "scum" overestimate themselves hence why the peasant-class always complains. If you don't own anything when you're born and your parents still had you, what were they thinking bringing another slave into this world? A lot of people simply need to stop having kids and if they do, it's not society's fault they did. No one is owed anything just because they exist.
