@DisobeyTyranny yup and Carney, according to his book, believes this is how to grow an economy. Sad, since he's supposed to be some PhD economist.

Fixing the economy is simple stuff. It hasn't changed for a century. Lower taxes, cut government regulations, cut government spending by cuting social programs. That's it. When the government thinks it is what creates jobs, that sort of communism is what destroys jobs.
