Two days ago, the Swiss passed a referendum to enshrine in their constitution the right to use cash with 73% voting to affirm.

The Swiss have no gun laws and among the lowest crime rates in the world, little illegal immigration and referendums like this amongst their small population to ensure they do not fall into the social credit score trap.

they will be immune while our slave system under the Carney will strengthen. His majority government is incoming it appears. USA is aware of Carney and what he is up to however so that is a plus. They can exert outside pressure and will be doing so.

They are constantly doing these referendums which I admire. They did allow quite a bit of immigration in the past ten years, but it’s much harder to get citizenship there. Not sure if the have birthright citizenship; I should look that up.

What you actually need is a law making it a requirement that all companies must pay their employees in cash as the default payment method unless the employee requests to be paid in a different manner and make it illegal for companies to give preference to employees requesting to be paid in a different format. Make it illegal for companies to ask employees to change how they are paid.

You'll never see legislation but without it, the "cash" issue is irrelevant because all employees will be paid electronically and some companies already make cash payments to employees not an option. Thus, to access cash you must withdraw from a bank and pretty soon banks won't let you withdraw unless you tell them exactly what you're going to use the funds for. Thus you'll always be tracked and the use of cash becomes less relevant.
