Apparently no one was paying attention when the Japanese Ambassador to Canada that with no CUSMA there will be no Toyota or Honda in Canada

We need CUSMA. Even if Trump were bad, our guys should be bending over backwards to keep it. Our leaders failing to do so is an act of betrayal Canada.

Same with Ukraine. Pre-war Ukraine and Russia traded a lot. Their leaders should have kept Ukraine neutral, but they vied for hostility and got it.

Doesn't matter, CUSMA is gone, we have to adjust to that fact, not whine about it, sorry but that's a fact.

Nothing can get better until we allow the GOC to fail. It's really that simple, so Trump strangling Canada's economy is the best thing that could ever happen for us

So, a foreign car manufacturer won't be able to sell their cars here?

How about we produce a Canadian car then? Maybe we need to get all the HR and government workers in Canada to step into a factory instead of send out a few emails every day.

Oooo, a car made by bureaucrats, I can see it now.

Bureaucrats don't need to make it. Just put tariffs on non-Canadian made vehicles until the price of vehicles is so high in Canada, it becomes economical to build cars here. Someone will try it privately. Yes, it'll mean most Canadians won't be able to buy cars for a while. Oh well

And since the Robin was classified as a motorcycle (in the U.K. because it had 3 wheels, cheaper on insurance) I'm sure millions will be bought by Uber Jeets drivers.
