Many of the wars the US were involved with were fake bullshit. Like the Iraq war in 2003 for example. This 'America world police' narrative is actually a big lie.

The destabilization of those regions led to the tens of thousands of migrants coming from the Middle East to Europe and here. It's been exceptionally destructive to the west.

All by design I might add, because we know who controls the USA.

Lloyd's of London was the gold standard for maritime insurance policies until just a day or two ago when they started cancelling policies or jacking them up 3-5X. Others insurers followed. That collapsed commercial shipping traffic through Hormuz, which choked oil shipments out of the Middle East. Trump doing this means the DFC has the chance to displace Lloyd's as the big dog in this game, when they have been the lock-in player for many years. It also frees up all the oil that was getting trapped there, heading off shortages and keeping the energy market alive. And why not? It's the American navy that sunk the Iranian ships that were harassing tankers. And the American Navy -- at least for now -- will keep those tankers safe. It's a huge reassurance to allies -- both oil producers and oil consumers -- that our campaign in Iran isn't going to sink their economies. And it allows America to be choosy about traffic in the Strait. It also potentially means billions of dollars in insurance premiums at wartime rates going to America instead of the UK. And those rates are STILL going to be cheaper than what shippers were getting.

Isn't the straight of Hormuz shallow compared to rest of Persian Gulf/ Gulf of Oman? I have heard that a few times and apparently it would not be hard to block it or not make navigable just by sinking some old ships in it?

They may have the greatest military in the world but that is irrelevant if nukes start flying...

Plus weren't we also suppose to hear more about aliens by now?
 
Donald views the United States as a business. He has tried to balance the finances and keeps trying to add money to the product by selling novel services. There is much speculation that USA is going to become more mercenary on how it will deploy it's navy throughout the world. To a point where states will have to pay them to come patrol their waterways. This seems just a different way in order to complete that goal.

The USA made Canada like this though. They've interfered immensely in our politics and the running of our country to ensure their interests were always met. For the USA to suggest we're a burden now after they've done their damage to us is entirely unfair. The Americans have two choices, either fuck us up like they have and then stop complaining about us being leaches or let us excel and then complain about us being leaches if we actually end up being so. The Americans don't actually want a strong Canada which is why becoming a 51st state is viable because then Canada would be allowed to become as strong as the rest of the USA without any of their meddling in our affairs fucking us over. Canada would be significantly wealthier and more powerful if it weren't for the Americans so they have no right to complain.

This reasoning likely exists for everywhere in the world. The Americans sabotage the area to push their interests then they bitch and complain those areas rely on the USA after the USA created a situation in which they were forced to rely on them.

Well depends on who you're talking about, if you're talking about Gulf countries, well they've always been against Iran, so it's in their interests to support the U.S. in this case, as for the rest of the world, it's simple, they don't want to be on the receiving end of what Iran is getting now. Only Russia and China seem to be against it, and they're not rushing to Iran's rescue, so yeah, it's self-interest one way or the other.

And yes, the liberal world order originated from the actions of the USA and it's money. All DEI nonsense came from the ivy league with their jewish deans in the 80s and Canada picked up the same textbooks. Our culture has been wholly dominated by the USA. The movies, tv shows, entertainment, news and academic knowledge that programed our kids who turned into people like Trudeau Sr. and Jr. has been significantly influenced by the Americans. If anything, they owe us a massive apology and should pay reparations for the harm they've caused us since siding with the wrong countries in WWII and aligning with jewish interests but ofc, without nukes, it's a moot point. No one has any sovereignty without nukes.

@winback 100% but the globalists were financed and pushed by the Americans. The Canadians bought what the Americans sold them... so America is still to blame also. I'm not saying Canada had no part to play but without America's influence, we wouldn't look like this. So, for Americans to suggest we're useless leaches only now that they've switched ideologies from that which they pushed on us and we accepted is not a fair assessment on their part either. They helped to create what Canada is. It's right there in the name: globalists. It wasn't Canada lone that led us here.

America still flips between two ruling elites who have different conceptions of the world, and even birthed a relatively radical one with the advent of populism. Over here in Canada both parties have converged on the same formula and there is no possibility for political change whatsoever. I think if we were to paint villains for what's happened it's clearly the Canadian government, who are holdouts even now for a failed system and are prepared to suspend even the pretense of our fake democracy to prevent political threats. It's so far beyond the point of just lobbies and interest groups bro, the ruling class wants us dead

Funny how Trump is lambasting Europe for fleecing the United States financially and military but he has no problem doing the same for Israel and the a handful of Arab countries. Saudi Arabia and all these oil sheikhs should have enough money to send Iran twice to hell and back.
