If only I could go back in my post history and prove I've been saying this for years.

The exchange is men's resources for women's sex. If you want higher birrh rates give women less of men's money (lower taxes and cut social programs).
 
There's a biological imperative in women to seek out high resource value men and also a reputation parser in their brain where they can't admit to wanting it publicly when asked. And yeah, I admit you were ahead of the curve.
