What a retard. Yes, all trannys are mentally ill by definition. What he is trying to say is that not every tranny is a school shooter. True, just like every bi-polar person doesn't shoot up a school. But make no mistake about it, the mentally ill are obviously more likely to engage in deranged shootings like this.
