Speaking of parasites. Has anyone actually tried to deworm themselves and what were the results?

I know from experience that I have had some parasites in me before because I've seen them in my stools before. Not that often but occasionally, there's no mistaking it. This is what is supposed to happen according Judeo-Medicine because out immune system kills them and they get shit out.

A lot of conspiracy theories turn out to be true though and I feel the parasite one has some merit to it. At times, I feel like my sugar craving isn't my own... as if some other entity is telling me to eat sugar. I know a lot of people speak to how fasting makes them feel better and I wonder if fasting is a means to kill parasites. I've also read a theory about how parasites are the cause of a lot of the societal breakdown we have and that might be a stretch but man, it almost seems like it at times. Anyone watch Stargate SG-1? Great show btw, and there's parasites that control the host... I sometimes feel we're actually living through that.

The overall concept is known as a microbiome. All through our bodies we have these 'guests' along for the ride - some are parasites, some are symbiotic, some are beneficial. The trick is to properly manage them - in the mouth, the gut, the brain, the skin... in terms of sheer number, we have more 'external' cells than our own - our own native cells are just much larger in mass.

We've evolved to manage these more-or-less automatically, the trouble comes in our advanced societies that have solved famine, because foods that were scarce are suddenly plentiful, but our urges for it don't adapt to that. We were never meant to eat refined sugar for example, and too much of it lets C. Albicans thrive which leads to more sugar cravings. I'd be willing to bet that many if not most modern medical problems - cancers, mental disorders, autoimmune stuff - is the result of a microbiome that's been out of whack for too long and compensatory mechanisms have failed.

Just like we were discussing recently on another subject, we have created a new set of problems by eradicating old problems... that ironically will bring the old problems back which will solve these new problems for us.

Fasting is good and it works because it more closely resembles our evolved environment of not eating all the fucking time. I can't believe how kids are allowed to snack on garbage all day, then when meal times come are allowed to not eat the proper(-ish) food given. Snacking all the time is like putting fertilizer on weeds, makes it harder for the grass to crowd them out.

I've never confirmed whether I've got parasites and frankly I don't want to know the answer.....but I believe everyone has some, including myself....it's just a matter of managing them and maintaining a healthy balance of all the microbes/bacteria/etc in your body so that they never cause trouble

That said, I do find that cutting down sugar, intermittent fasting and herbal supplements obtained by drinking tea/matcha has greatly improved my health...lots of garlic/onions in your diet is also a good natural parasite deterrent/dewormer

Parasites are real. What you are experiencing is true. When growing up, my grandparents lived and worked a their farm and deworming animals and themselves was part of keeping healthy. Itchy rectum, this was a sign to deworm. Growing up my mother used suppository, I think it was garlic, but it did work. I did many different parasite protocols and it seems they all work. Had to research them all. Parasites actually seem to know how to get around protocols so research shows to change it up.
Nowadays doctors do not even mention this because it is against the “pharmaceutical industry”.

There are many studies on parasites and how they can control the mind. Just research “hydra” parasite.

Fasting is biblical and it does work, even just a 24 hr fast. My protocol is, daily fasting from the last piece of food I eat in the evening 7-8pm until the next day around dinner/supper time3-4pm. This does work.
