The changes also include refugees and asylum seekers paying 30 per cent of the cost of other eligible supplemental health products and services, such as dental care, vision care, counselling and assistive devices.

So Canadians still have to foot the bill for 100% of their primary health care in addition to 70% of their supplemental health care. Perfect. A lot of Canadians would love a 30% discount on dental but instead let’s give the break to foreigners. Genius.
