We've crabbed between 10th and 15th since 2000. The highest was 10th in both 2008 and 2009. The lowest was 15th in 2018. It's looking good compared to the rest of the world but there's still lots of legal junk in the way, and foreigner pandering countries like Switzerland simply don't have.
