I read Klein’s articles—they’re what passes for mainstream right in Canada. The points he makes in this opinion are true and correct.

I just note that Mr. Klein was a Minister in the worst Manitoba provincial government of my lifetime, that of appointed Progressive Conservative Premier Heather Stefanson, a tone deaf laughingstock. She and the MB PCs were dictionary definition of cringe in the lead up to the last election.

So Klein’s time in that atrocious government gave us High Chief Wab Kinew and Wab will be in power a long time because MB PCs were so deplorable. Glad Klein found himself a soft landing after not winning his federal race.
