As stated in the other Ostrich thread, No biohazard containment protocols= no Biohazard. This is why they outlawed retesting the birds. Now no one can prove there was ever a need for containment or quarantine. What biohazard? What public health risk? Maintaining plausible deniability the entire time.

Of course nothing will happen. Anytime the Government investigates it's self, it always finds it did nothing wrong.
