Our police in Edmonton said the #1 crime was extortion back in 2022. I wonder what changed in the last few years to make this so?

Also interesting to note during this time was that the province had to step on the city council and mayor to fund the police as they were going to defund them.

During that time we then saw a major increase in Sheriffs in Edmonton via the UCP their police powers increased to handle what was happening. Edmonton is far from safe now with the new weaponized council. This council needs to be watched extremely close as they are going to attempt the same as they have for the last 8 years. The same is woke agenda, global alignment with WEF, WHO and UN and funding and enabling criminal networks using tax payer dollars.
