Its all fraud 100% of the time international student or not. They get shipped fraudulently and passed around the mmmgration system. When the system is done with them and they fail out of the programs they were placed into then our goverment sends em back in a pine box once they commit suicide or they begin a life of crime / other whatever other is.

The worst of it is their parents who most likely went into debt are now penniless and broke and unable to pay to live all because they put all their hopes and dreams on their child who was never meant to succeed.
