Richmond Property owners who says he’s owned his home since 1975 and paying taxes on it has been told by his lender they won’t be renewing his mortgage after First Nations land claim. This is just the start.

I was going to say, owning your house for 50 years and still having a mortgage seems odd. But the twitter post misquoted him, he said he's lived in Richmond since 1975 and owned his house for "a number of years". Still I sympathize with him and I assume this is coming for all of us eventually.

Nika Sharma, the AG for British Columbia in Canada, started nonchalantly ahead and declared: 'I want to say very clearly that the work of reconciliation is very important.'

'It is our position as the government, that reconciliation is an important part of the work of the province and I think all British Columbians expect us to sit down at the table together and try to resolve issues that are important to them,' she declared.
