If this country ever gets to the point where all property ownership in this country (i.e. except for that of the elites and the 90% of land that belongs to the Crown, of course) gets turned over to Natives I am absolutely fucking leaving and spending the rest of my life in Scotland, where I'm the indigenous person. I love Canada, but not enough to live in it as a de facto second-class citizen

Scotland is still 90+% white. Admittedly that number is declining rapidly, but for now they're much better off than Canada and the Scots won't be a minority in their own homeland in my lifetime at least (and let's hope that they never will)

@brutana_dilewski: Scotland isn't going to go from 90% to 49% Scottish in a mere 20 years -- on a recent visit I could see that the vast majority of young people were still white, in stark contrast to somewhere like London -- but it is true that the native population is disproportionately old, and once it begins to die off the replacement program will begin in earnest
