Carney last night

Sounds to me like he suspects another election on the horizon and needs the elbows psyop dialed back up.

Called it — I said the same thing here two weeks ago. He doesn’t play nice; he wants a majority and will run the whole show, telling his MPs what to say and how to vote. We all know all he has to do is do a few projects in Quebec aka pay off the bloc under the table to get what he wants but that is still an extra step.

Still hard to believe this guy is the PM of Canada.

The same way Kamala got 75M votes. Liberals will support a wet napkin if the media says its liberal.

Agreed, this is why the campaign needs to be longer than two months.

This guy is seriously low energy.

If Poilievre wants to stick around, he needs to stop relying on slogans and so more off-the-cuff lines and not sound like he’s reading from cue cards. The guy needs a new “apple moment” something real sounding and he really needs to work on his tone and delivery. Right now, he’s too stiff and lacks personality.

I think the goal is to move heavily towards Europe. That's why Europe sent an agent to swoop in and take power.

Just to put what I mean into perspective: my liberal relative is excited that technically Canada borders Denmark in the north giving justification to join the European Union. Of course, he didn't come to that conclusion on his own. Just let that sink in for a little bit.

If people could wrap their brains around the idea that our "leaders" are selected, not elected, it would all make more sense. People like Carny, and Turdoo before him, are installed to do a job that has nothing to do with the betterment of Canadians. Everything they do is aimed at achieving the goals of the globalists. And, PP is just the other wing of the same bird. Elections are there to give people the illusion of choice, not to actually give them any real power. It's been that way for a very long time and, while I would like to think that there will be real change in my lifetime, I'm not holding my breath.

Think about it, when was the last time the federal government did anything significant that was beneficial to the common man? Actually, you could add all levels of government to that question. We pay more and more taxes for less and less services while, at the same time, we lose more priveliges and freedoms. All part of the plan. To think that these people are legitimately elected is naive.

I want to nominate this Honey nut Squash for our next PM.

Honeynut squash - everything you need to know

I might be escaping this shithole next year. If I don’t, I’ve got mine, so I’ll be fine, as they say. The rest of you Canadians who voted for this mess, I hope you fucking suffer and lose everything.

During a speech ahead of the Liberals’ federal budget given to students in Ottawa on Wednesday, Carney told Canadians, “We won’t transform our economy easily or in a few months, it will take some sacrifices and it will take some time.” Just a day later in Bowmanville, Ontario, Carney avoided answering what sacrifices he expects Canadians to make.

He began answering the question of what things he warned Canadians will “have to do less of” during his remarks again on Thursday, but quickly pivoted, saying he’ll save those announcements for when the budget is released.

I'm getting heavy "French aristocracy in the late 1780s" vibes from this guy

Judging by Liberal shills on X.com, the new partisan talking point is that anyone who doesn't want to "sacrifice" to fix the mess the Liberals made is "selfish", "self-entitled" etc. You can expect to hear a lot more of this sort of thing -- it's highly reminiscent of the rhetoric used against those who refused the vaxx. (Remember though kiddies, when the Tories make spending cuts it's not sacrifice but "austerity", because they're a bunch of big meanies)
