Yeah but the government will block the sale of Starlink and its hardware while intercepting any mailing of the devices you need for access so you'll have to go across the American border but your passport will be shutdown also. That means, you'll have to illegally enter the USA, buy the Starlink equipment and then smuggle it back into Canada.
Truthfully, you'd be better off just staying in the USA once you make it across the border illegally. If you're a White person, ICE won't be specifically targeting you so you can get away with it. Maybe even claim asylum.
Good thing i kept my Buffalo Suit. Buffalo can roam free back and forth over the border and if you stay on the inside of the heard you can sneek through pretty easy. Dont go during breeding/mating season however for obvious reasons.

There are pros and cons to it. I think a lot of people living mediocre lives today might be better off without electricity but many also wouldn't.
Less technology means the stronger do better. Many people living today and negatively impacting "strong" people wouldn't exist without electricity so the lives of many of those remaining would be better in the long run.
It would be an adjustment but in the end I think it would be just fine. Also theres nothing saying you couldn’t just buy a generator and make your own power or even solar
