The CFIA and RCMP betrayed their claim of a serious illness at the Ostrich Farm by showing up without any medical protection.
Police officers and CFIA stood around for many hours in direct proximity of protesters, the animals, and the grounds.
They interacted with people who have been around the birds for months without any fear at all. They were unconcerned. They were cocky and callous.
This isn't about science. This isn't about protecting livestock or the public. This is about malice.
