The Federal Court of Appeal has denied an application for another stay order to delay a cull of about 400 ostriches at a British Columbia farm.

Top court expert says B.C. ostrich case will struggle to get hearing

My friend runs a farm. He says the government is making it almost impossible. They want their cut. So many hoops to jump through. He is just a small market, can't imagine a bigger market. Trying to ruin the farmers.
