In the Mediterranean it doesnt rain all summer, I couldn't imagine the government banning people from going to the beach because reasons.

1. Notice they do not highlight any laws or statute
2. They are no fines/punishment listed in the news release

Treats this like a strongly worded letter that you can toss in the trash. Remember the government like politicians always lies to you treat them like such. Take the lessons from government COVID lockdowns seriously to the heart. They are always around these "orders" or totally ignore them.
 
They do have a forest act: https://laws.gnb.ca/en/document/cs/c-38.1

Only two subsections I could find on what the government can close by minister orders:

79(1) The Minister may close a forest road or any portion thereof to travel by any class of vehicle or by any person or class of persons for all or any part of the year.
79(2) Where the Minister closes a forest road or portion thereof to travel he shall post or erect signs and barricades to indicate that the road or portion thereof has been closed to travel.

Definition of a forest road: “forest road” means a road on Crown Lands to the fullest extent of the right-of-way of such road and in‐cludes the bridges thereon but does not include a high‐way as defined in the Highway Act, or a logging road.

Only fines can find under subsection: 67(1) to 67(2) seem to be related with timber itself.

There is some discretion of officers for closing of land usually if there is immediate fire but nothing that can be done by ministers orders. Let me know if anyone finds anything else.

Edit: They can use Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category H offence. Which seems to to be legal mechanisms to make people pay the fine.

Please ignore my previous comment of officers for closing of land. I could not find anything within the law about that. They have the right of lawful seizures or removal of things that are not suppose to be on Crown land.

Regardless, unless the declare a emergency the New Brunswick Provincial government are toothless in enforcing this announcement.

Perhaps, but they already change their tune on hiking. To "we might not able to rescue you if get injured." Shows that they can not enforcing their announcement.

Edmonton might be the most broken and corrupt city in Canada considering its size.
 
Under the current council and mayor yes. UCP has to constantly stop Calgary and Edmonton mayors and council. I.e safe injection sites, infrastructure projects, crime, mandates

Without the UCP in power Edmonton would still be wearing masks and continuing the vaccine passport plus other tyrannical policies

These corrupt tyrannical politicians seem to feel invincible. They have no honor or reverence for the true citizens of this once great Country; in fact, they despise us.

We know they’re probably bought, paid for, and likely blackmailed to do what they’re told. People need to dig up whatever dirt exists on these ‘politicians’ and bring it into the light for all to see. In the age of the internet, this shouldn’t be too hard.
