That particular town (Port Hawkesbury) was 99.9% white until just a few years ago and had no housing shortages, but then started diversifying in the usual manner; it's probably still about 95% white but the fast-food restaurants and big-box stores are full of jeets, whose arrival has vastly driven up housing demand and prompted many long-term residents to turn their basements and backyard sheds into rental units. Arichat is a smaller French-Canadian fishing community about a half-hour drive away, but the island it's situated on (Isle Madame) is a bit of a scenic backwater so I have no idea why there'd be a housing shortage there -- maybe foreigners are now being employed in the lobster canneries

There’s so much new water and sewage infrastructure work going on near me. The construction makes it fucking gong show get anywhere. The real kicker is that the only reason they’re doing it is to store more jeets and blacks.

@hugh_madd I realized this when working on infrastructure projects near Toronto. The whole area is just jeets serving other pajeets and building things for even more pajeets. Any new subway or transit project is just shipping jeets and black people more efficiently around the city.
