I don't care that it's Post Nation State day. The festivities are 100+ cultures like every other year.

It's smoking hot out today. Beach/lake day. Maybe some beers. Maybe. Gonna bust out the tubes and tie off on a buoy, get our float on.

Been trying to eat healthier, trim down. Exercising like a monster. It's tough saying no to a beer or fresh baked bread.

My wife unlocked a new skill recently, baking fresh sour dough bread. Mmmmmm!

BBQ later? Maybe also. I BBQ'd garlic ribs last night. Oh man were they good. We bought some big fresh local zucchini, cut thick, salted and grilled is amazing. It really caramelized the zucchini.

Went to Spin class this morning, and got a good sweat going. Weather in Edmonton has been a bit cloudy, so I spent the rest of the day alternating between sim racing and watching YouTube videos.

Overall, it's been a nice day. I'll be heading to Calgary tomorrow to visit The Military Museums.

Man it was a beautiful day today. Got cooked a little. I don't look crispy, but it's borderline. Ended up BBQing burgers. Had some beers. Walked down the lake side and found a really cool cave that people have been having lakeside fires at.

Oh man, is it cool. It will make for an awesome spot. I love finding new destinations. This one has some serious potential. Just need to paint over some of the lame graffiti.

Who the fuck paints their online handle on a wall of a cave? I should look them up just to call them retarded.
