Is Jeff Bezos a Bond villain, or is he just Doctor Evil?

Despite the internet pushing comedy bits to be as short as possible, people still find a way to draw them out longer than needed.

I need to cleanse my palate with a six hour long video essay on late 90's Saturday morning children's cartoons.

Most of these "women," are actually men.

To be honest, I was on the fence for a really long time about being a flat-tard, but honestly, this Katy Perry space launch put me over the edge.

It didn't go into space it only went up about 100km, no need for heat shields or scorches, look at SpaceX Falcons or Starship rockets they test with, no damage coming back down, they don't go high enough to worry about that kind of friction.

Your flat earth crap I'm not even going to dignify with a response.

Refusing to address a topic simply because you've got some preconceived bias against it doesn't help anyone. I could say the same thing about you believing we're on a spinning ball hurling through a vacuum, despite our bodies and everything else indicating that we're on a stationary surface. But I won't, because at least I'm open to debate and willing to look at both sides

I respect that because at least he was open minded and deeply considering things. Good on you, @Dwide_schrude , we need more people who just use their God-given reasoning to discern when something is not what it seems. Hope you find the truth, whatever it is/wherever it leads

@BeaverTown all of that stuff has been debunked so many times and yet it still surfaces. I have neither the time nor energy to talk about it.

You have no idea on my bias on such things.

Anyone with more than 2 brain cells to rub together would come to the conclusion is that I don't wish to address that part of their post. (2 can play at the passive aggressive bullshit game bud)

@Psychododo

I've never understood why so-called Christians buy flat earth when Jesus himself knew the Earth was round (yes it was pretty common knowledge in the civilized world at the time). Flat earth is a psyop, if the government can make you believe it they can make you believe anything at all.

@Hirudinea Probably because they believe in an invisible spaghetti monster in the sky that created everything known and judges you naughty or nice like Santa when you die, left a 2000 year old book behind, and when something can't be immediately explained they go "PRAISE JESUS!" or "PRAISE GOD!"

Who the fuck knows.

There's shit I can't explain, it's also a lotta shit I hope to understand. Belief wise, I'm a pagan. I believe there are forces greater than me just like I am a greater force for an ant. Doesn't make me all powerful. (That's all I'll say on that matter as well, that's a discussion that should be between people with much beer involved and not on a forum)

There's so much bullshit in the world and so many charlatans it's fucking exhausting trying to discuss it all, let alone debunk it every time some fuckwit with a theory starts screeching about something already smashed to bits. My temper gets short when some passive agressive asshole comes along and tries to chastise me saying "Oh you just don't see their point of view and not discussing it makes you have preconcieved notions about it!"

The book they follow isn't even the 'original works' it's the KJV which was written 1500 years later so the king who wrote it could divorce his wife. Fuck knows what's real anymore in that aspect.

Hey, don't misunderstand me, I am a Christian, well I believe in Christianity, it seems to make the most sense to me, but God gave me a brain to think and I'm going to use it to the best of my ability, not turn it off because some false prophet tells me to. As for the KJV, I like the Textus Receptus, it's a good translation, for the New Testament, although I am leaning towards the Septuagint for the OT, but as I said God gave me a brain so even with the Bible I try to use it. Whoever made us or however we were made all we have to get us through is that couple pounds of goo in our skulls, and you ain't going to get anywhere if you listen to anyone who tells you to turn it off.

@BeaverTown: "believing we're on a spinning ball hurling through a vacuum, despite our bodies and everything else indicating that we're on a stationary surface."

Does your experience driving in a car at 120 km/h involve your being constantly hurled backwards while the wind burns your cheeks and howls through your hair?

@Hirudinea 100%

The bible and christian values do align with me as well. It just "makes good sense"

What pisses me off is everyone always attributing every little thing they can't immediately explain to some spaghetti monster in the sky proclaiming it was 'god'

Fuck off on that.

There's a lot of good shit in the virtues and values of what -I- know of with Christianity, or whatever else it may be from, there's so many fucking forks on it you can't even tell what the hell half of em are fucking from.

I also, despite being a pagan, live in a a predominantly Christian founded nation, therefore I am respectful of that nations ways.

I was born and raised here, I was raised on those values. So far as I understand respecting and following those values are also not synonymous with the religion attached in a mode of worship. I can accept that.

What I cannot accept besides the current obvious of everyone always going on and on and on and on about this or that spaghetti monster, is that when some fucktard comes to this country and demands that I bow to THEIR beliefs I must do it for the sake of inclusion and diversity.

Not a fucking chance. I may not believe in the Christian God, but I was raised on it's principles, and this Country was founded on those principles. Bottom line: YOU ARE A GUEST HERE. YOU RESPECT THIS COUNTRIES PRACTICES!

If I go to Mexico, I respect their customs and laws. If I go to Italy, I respect their customs and laws. If I go to India, I respect their customs and laws. If I go to Afghanistan, I respect their customs and laws.

I do not go to those countries and start preeching about how things are back home in Canada, I don't go there and DEMAND they convert to Christianity.

What I DO DEMAND, yeah, I don't expect, I don't ask, I don't wish, I DEMAND... IS THAT YOU DO THE SAME WHEN YOU COME TO MY HOME COUNTRY OF CANADA.

Simple as that.

If you cannot respect that, then get the fuck out of my country. It doesn't require my belief in a spaghetti monster to make it so, it requires the values of it, and you better fucking respect the host values or you're going to FAFO.

Too many people have forgotten that.

Edits: Clarification shit. Probably still editing it.
