I had an occasional panic attack from stress i think. Started q10 and i havent had one since. Also and this sounds obvious but make sure you take good care of your teeth. Brush and take care of any mouth soars. Brush the tongue and inside your cheeks and never swallow that stuff. Rinse good. If you have any teeth problems get it checked and fix. Most people over look their mouth as a cause for heart issues or vascular issues
