Improving The Thread Flairs (Full Sized Versions)

For the last little while, we've been slowly replacing the older/cruder thread flairs with fancier ones.
We've also been tweaking them as we notice areas for improvement.

There is a bit of a bug with our approach for implementing these new banners.
In particular, in the draw-down menu where you select the flairs, these aren't scaled to the size of the draw down menu anymore.
We'll handle this sooner or later.
