Some stray threads sometimes end up in here.
I suspect this is for one of two reasons usually:
(1) a lack of clarity of what this sub-forum is generally meant for, and/or
(2) some lack of clarity of how to navigate this forum
As such, here's a rough guide of what this sub-forum is about.
The idea of 'Real World' isn't strictly as the title says, rather, more-so 'Getting Involved' types of posts.
Examples of 'Real World' thread posts:
- Are you planning a meet up with other FreeCanadians? (there have been Ontario & BC groups doing this, thus far)
- Are you wanting to know how to run for The PPC? (outdated now)
- Suggestion on logistics for voting (e.g., what types of pens to use)
- Where can you buy Ivermectin in Canada?
- How can you fight the vaxx mandate at your place on employement? Or weekly testing mandate?
- A petition to sign (e.g., anti-vaxx-mandate)
- Provinicial businesses which won't enforce vaxx mandates (e.g., places to shop/work/support)
- Legal tips, for if you're going to try to pursue legal action
- Organizing local political rallies (e.g., anti-lockdown, anti-vaxx passports)
Some of these are border line cases, which could end up in 'General' as well.
Note that 'General' can loosely be thought of as 'Meta'.
Threads in 'General' will tend to have more traction/visibility. But they also run the risk of being burried much quicker.
As such, if you want to put your 'getting involved' types of threads in 'General', that's okay, after a few days we may eventually move them to 'Real World' though.
