Whats the update on the .win forum?

I think the .win communties is slowly failing.
I messaged /u/penguindreams as he seems to be helping the IP2 peeps. He has the ear of admins so let's see what happens.
I've been liking the features that this board has and which ".win" lacks.
I do also miss a few features there to some degree (not something I notice too often), maybe will make note of these when I remember more of them.
The one aspect of this forum, which cannot be changed, and which possibly hinders it, is the simple fact of not being hooked up to the ".win" & the visibility that comes with it (i.e., attracting new people). With that said, the number of people here has already grown substantially, during the day there is frequently 10-20 people online at a time.

I think xenforo is good forum software. VBB has gone way down hill. Reddit/.Win behaves like the old WebX style forums.
There are benefits to both. I tend to prefer Xenforo as it has a rich suite of soft moderating tools. None of my mods could ban, as it really isn’t needed with xenforo except in the most extreme cases.
