- bluetooth chip
- GPS chip
- cameras
- mic

Now I can only randomize MAC addresses while I communicate via point to point encryption apps over wifi, over a VPN.

That's correct, it doesn't matter where you do it. Pirated smart cards for satellite receivers used to be a thing. Using one in your home could technically get you a fine. Not because of pirated satellite stations, but because these devices caused interference.
