Judicial Dictatorship

Translation:
Bukele said it clearly:

“If you do not stop corrupt judges, you CANNOT reform the country. They will form a cartel (a judicial dictatorship) and block all reforms.”

Brazil has just demonstrated it live.
France has been practicing it for decades, more discreetly.

Universal suffrage only makes sense if the final say belongs to the elected officials, not to a network of irrevocable magistrates who interpret the rules according to their interests.

Without real removal of political judges, elections remain a theater.

The cartel remains in place.

A word to the wise.

What was true of judges in El Salvador seems to be true everywhere, especially in Brazil and Canada.
