Streamers will simply put an additional 15% tax on your bill and specifically call it the Canadian Tax. Then, they'll stay. That's what I would do anyway.
The real question is "will Canadians"? I'm not paying more taxes to the government. If this goes in, I'll cancel every subscription service and go back to pirating everything. I support companies providing digital services to me but I will never support the Canadian government robbing me.
