A Nova Scotia teenager has agreed to stay in jail for another month while awaiting a bail hearing on charges of uttering threats and conspiracy to commit murder.
The 15-year-old is accused of conspiring with a 14-year-old Manitoba boy to launch simultaneous attacks on their respective high schools in Bridgewater, N.S., and Rivers, Man.
The defence lawyer also told the court that the teen uses the pronouns “he” and “him.” Police had earlier described the Bridgewater accused as a girl.
